If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution through an exchange or a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure the Bottle
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent leakage or breakage during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
